    An interesting Sale featuring items from 4 main sources. (1) The beginning of antiques (mostly smalls) collected by a local couple over the last 40 years (selling their properties and moving to senior housing – I estimate 600-800 lots over next several sales). (2) Significant collection of Salem NY, Washington County, and Vermont Books, Ephemera, Postcards, etal. (3) Toys & Childhood items from a Queensbury Estate. (4) Early ledgers, 19thC books/ephemera, and Barn Finds from a Halfmoon Estate. ALSO furniture from Antique to Modern mixed in. A long sale with MUCH to sell.

State Agricultural Society (150+ pages on Washington Co). 1849 Vols 1-3 Documentary History of New York.      FROM 18thC John Flynn homestead of Halfmoon NY only 3 families have ever owned this property and the current Estate has sold it to developers. Although very well picked over through the years we still found ephemera/books in the attic to incl: dated 1765, 1797, 1804, and 1848 ledgers of John Flynn (much rum sold!) and Flynn descendants. Early cipher & practice books & school books. VERY FINE LOT 19thC businesses advertising catalogues (see website). A little political & military. 6’ table full pre 1870 newspapers incl Civil War (as 1 lot). 2 more large tables full 19thC newspapers. BARN FRESH ESTATE ITEMS to incl: good 5’ diameter c.1900 ship’s wheel. Nice blanket box. Particularly nice stone grinding/sharpening wheel. Wooden advertising boxes. Bottles. Exc wooden barrel. Early ax. 2 saddles. Crosscut saws, milk cans, early trunk, et al.
